Checking in was seamless. Reception staff was very friendly. Breakfast was superb and scrumptious. Will definitely go back there

Filling of water is well organised. Security to monitor quantity in the the right lanes. Two lanes: one for filling 3x5 litre cans and the other lane for upto 25litres. You are allowed to fill as much as you require providing you queue again. It is open 24/7 and it is quite safe as I went 03.15 one morning and no hassle in filling up 4x5x5litre cans.

The hospitality is out of this world.. Roweda was very helpful and professional with regards to bookings and the reception on the day.. The orientation and the love given to us as guests. Breakfast is excellent and the waiters and waitress, the chefs are absolutely good and caring. Will definitely come back and recommend to other people.

Attended a Biomimicry conference here with the Water Research Commission. Great venue; ample parking, nice atmosphere and well catered. Perhaps just catering for vegetarians would need to be requested.

A mid sized boutique hotel in Newlands.
This is my umpteenth stay here it never disappointspro active and always attentive staff. Adjacent to hotel is Bihari curry house..always popular and arguably I think the best curry restaurant in Cape Town

Staff are very good and can't do enough to help, everyone is very friendly. Great view of Table mountain from the rooms. Must say there has been a lot of trouble with the room keys not working though and constant trips to reception for new ones.

I've been at the hotel twice - and they never cease to amaze me. I arrived at the same time as a huge tour group, packing the voyeur completely. Never the less, they checked me in in 5 minutes, still helped me with my luggage and in 10 minutes time I had a welcome cappuccino in my room. The staff are all amazingly friendly: from the reception staff and restaurant staff, straight through to the housekeeping staff.
The fact that they have proper coffee and plungers in the room and serve wonderful coffee from the bar is also of course a major advantage. The food is also amazing! These people understand hospitality!!
