  Germiston CBD Post office - SASSA offline since 10.30am. Got there at 2.45pm and still offline

  Does not open when they suppose to open.. Does not answer calls! Phone just rings all the time Does not corfirm packages! Useless service!

  Useless they have their favourite people who are called in by security to collect their Money. What about people standing from as early parts of 5 in the morning. To be turned back. The most irritating part is that robot at sassa pretreatment. Now there is load shedding as I stay next to the post office a post office with no generator meaning all must go home and comes back next month. SAD

  I have to a sertified copy of my sons ID even if I have his Litral ID on me and a promistion slip stating that I can collect his parcel .

  PISSPOOR.
  THE DISTANCE AS THE CROW FLIES FROM MY HOUSE TO THE ALBEMARLE POST OFFICE (1410) IS 900 METRES.
  THE DISTANCE AS THE CROW FLIES FROM MY HOUSE TO THE GERMISTON SOUTH POST OFFICE IS 4750 METRES.
  WHY IN GOD'S NAME DOES MY MAIL WHICH HAS TO BE COLLECTED GO TO THE GERMISTON SOUTH POST OFFICE?????????????????????
  THE MAIL IS ADDRESSED CORRECTLY TO ME IN UNION EXT.14.
  THIS DEMONSTRATES THE ABSOLUTE ABSENCE OF COMMON SENSE IN EITHER WITSPOS OR THE GERMISTON HUB.
