Great path to walk around, very pleasant and quiet location. Very relaxing to go and feed the ducks (No bread please, Google it) and excellent spot to walk your dogs. Watch out for thorns in the grass though, that is the only negative point.

Beautiful place to come for a picnic and have a fun day. I highly recommend it. Except the ducks. Ducks are creepy.. they scare me... they stare into your soul.. the void that you never knew was there is highlighted by the emptiness of their eyes as you wonder would these feathered Dementors suck your happiness as it does the Naruto Ninja run toward you screaming.. And you ask yourself... Why do you hate me.. probably because you don't have any grapes. #memes

Really cool hang out place. Was surprised that it didn't get too full or busy. Love the water and the picnic areas. The walk around the dam is not long and provides ample shade for those sensitive to the sun. There were the Western Cape Model Boat club Meeting they on the day we went and this was a nice treat.

Perfect place to take your dogs for a walk. The dam is clean and well taken care of and there are plenty of ducks and places to sit and relax. Well worth the drive.

I regularly take walks around the dam, it's a very fun and relaxing atmosphere it's generally well kept and clean there. A very nice place for a jog or a walk it's also a nice place to to walk your dog or have a picnic. Please just don't feed the Egyptian geese or fish there.

Nice place to sit & contemplate or stroll or jog. Lovely for families/kids, but no ablutions. No fences, so open 24/7.

Small jungle gym. 3 swings and a see saw. 2 dams on either side. Lots of ducks. Big park, perfect for kicking ball or cricket.

Lovely to take a stroll around the dam and feed the birds. Take little ones for a walk on a beautiful day.

Pack a picnic, bring the dogs and fishing rod. A bit too child friendly for my liking but hey, what do I know

Lovely dam to go and visit with the kids. Picnic tables are aplenty and the ducks even more so. The biggest problem with visiting on a dry January day is the massive thorns that get in your shoes (and if you're unlucky, through your shoes). There was also plenty of broken glass and unsavoury other things around the place - possibly the aftermath of New Year's Eve celebrations but still not really acceptable. The experience was decent - quite nice in fact - and I would come here again, despite the few shortcomings of the area.
