Went in to Solar Man for advice. Staff was very willing to help with my needs. Informed me what I will need to run a 1000L water pump for a koi pond and were i can buy it all.

I received great service from the sales team, especially Stefan. The price was extremely reasonable and the advice and recommendations are very helpful and much appreciated. I really prefer the new location as it feels less cramped. With Eskom in the pickle as it is, you guys are becoming essential and with this type of client service, you can only be successful! These guys are extremely bad. I bought a solar system from them for about R20,000. The inverter stopped working after using it for about a year. The inverter was one of the most expensive item in the solar system. I took it back for repairs, they kept it for a year. I called several times and the feedbacking was extremely poor. After about 12 months (after several calls), I called to be told they can't repair the inverter and I should just come and fetch it as it is. I don't recommend this place at all. Their after sales service is very poor. So, all that money down the drain.
