Terrible service, this was my second time staying at this place. The first time was awesome, the new reception staff is dreadful. We originally planned to stay 3 night, we cut it down to one. She was clearly not interested in serving us, everytime we enquired about something she seemed annoyed and said it was not available. Yet when the night staff arrived they were more accomodating and helpful. She singlehandedly almost ruined day 1 of our 3 day vacation. Fortunately another place was recommend to us and we immediately moved out. Another thing is the place turns into a wild club at night, it was impossible to sleep. Not staying here again, ever!
Update:
We've been in the area for 3 days now and each time we pass this lodge there's cars outside and loud music playing. Seems like a club more than a hotel. Seems like a fun place for entertainment, pity the crowd is rowdy otherwise I would recommend it for a late night out.response / report this review -

Stay was very pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms are very nice. Good customer service and staff was very friendly and helpful. Just need to improve on the catering department, but all was well.
