Worst spur I have ever been to. Flies all very the place. Waitress got my order wrong, never even had cutlery to eat with when my food eventually arrived.
Staff can be a bit more helpfull and friendliar. Ordered a breakfast that was very oily when it arrived. Did not want to complain about that or the milky cappuccino. Was average I have been to other spurs where the quality and presentation of food is way better
Good food. Clean table. Good manager
Affordable food at a relaxed atmosphere
Great service. And the best nachos in town
I took a group of 42 French students whose flight had been delayed, to have a very quick dinner at Soaring Eagle Spur as they'd missed their dinner booking in town. We had a very tight time window and thanks to Bruce and his on the ball team we had them in and out in the 1 hour I had available to them Brilliant and friendly service and super burgers. Well done!!
Very good service Calamari was exceptionally good and tender so was the rest of the meals will visit again
We have always had the best spur experiences here. Staff are so friendly food is fresh and the service is always with a ☺
7 hours early for our flight. told our waitress we are going to be here a while. She didn't mind us camping out and took such great care of us regardless. Except for the fact the WiFi doesn't work, everything is just great.
Good place to while away your time while waiting for your flight. Choose your booth wisely and charge your cellular phone and laptop.
Best Spur service and food yet. Wow
Had a fantastic experience ! Jo (duty manager) and her staff where on the ball and great. Always a pleasure to visit this Spur.
Four waiters walked past instead of asking if I'd like to be seated. By the time I walked away, there were three people waiting to be seated. The service here is possibly the worst in the country unfortunately. Go to Mugg and Bean instead, they're next door and service is always better than Spur. I
Awful, terrible, horrible Spur to dine in if you intend to catch a plane. It is a massive Spur, so you would anticipate plenty of customers (otherwise why would you build such a massive Spur??) - the number of service staff relative to the number of seats available is very small; it is ludicrous to expect them to take so long to serve you but for some reason they do.
The play area is very big for the kids but it's monitored by a single staff member who simply can't cope with the volume of kids - some of which one could hardly describe as kids too travel-weary parents seem to allow their practically adolescent young adults to swing on the jungle gym, bumping toddlers out of the way in their pursuit of their last wide open space before the claustrophobic confines of an aircraft.
I'd avoid this if you have a time limit.
