I used to believe they were the best platform but not anymore. Regardless of all the good reviews I got from satisfied customers, Snupit found it necessary to suspend my account based of one review from an arrogant and crooked customer who wanted to use my company for free.
They didn't even want to hear my side of story. This is unprofessional at its highest level. The client paid me only R1200 for a R30000 job. She wanted me to complete the work first then she would pay the full amount. This is against my company's terms and conditions. So I couldn't continue with the project. She found it necessary to write lies about my company, and Snupit found it necessary to suspend my account. They forget they survive because we pay them for leads. I am very disappointed in them. Kandua and Bark have much responsible personnel than Snupit.response / report this review -
