Very rude Nigerian who doesn't know how to talk to people.
I drove from Pta to Albertina Sisulu st only to find out that the car that I wanted doesn't exist but when I left Pta I was told the car is ready for viewing, when I got there I was shown different accident damaged and repaired cars that are very expensive for code 2 and code 3 cars. I was very disappointed
Absolutely pathetic service. I phoned and asked if the vehicle is still available to come and view. Driving from far, viewing the vehicle same day. Arrived and I was told it is no longer available. Not even at the dealership any more!! They have no idea of customer service. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
Seldom do I ever feel the need to attempt to dissuade the buying public from a business. For a car sales business my visit left a bitter taste. I called before travelling (what is for me a fair distance) to view a vehicle. The representative told me the vehicle was there and full history was available.
Short story - it wasn't!
This business is a front (part of several) for what I can only imagine is unethical practices!
Asked for the VIN number of a vehicle before purchasing it and they refused. How else is one supposed to know if the vehicle was involved in an accident or not
