  After I trusted them with my credit card information to do a last minute booking (This was the only time I trusted anyone with my credit card information. The bank accepted the transaction ) , many transactions were done on card without my consent or knowledge.
  The bank forced me to pay because the transaction were done using the cvv.
  and of course siyabona africa refused to accept responsibity.

  I traveled to South Africa in 2014. Used Dominique @ Siyabona Africa for my internal flights, transfers and land arrangements. I found their services to be professional and very courteous.
  At the end of my stay, I was due a credit from the local airline. The refund claim was handled thru Siyabona and this was credited to me when they received same in the 60 days as promised (time it took airline to process credit).
  I would use this company again and I will highly recommend their services.

  My family and I came over from NZ to a wedding in Durban. We had limited time so did not want to travel too far but still get to see some wildlife. Well were we pleasantly surprised. What a stunning place. Got to see some hippos, buck, zebra, ostrich, giraffe and many more. It was amazing only having to drive a short distance to experience something I will remember for a long time. Our accommodation was stunning to say the least and open the double doors right onto nature. Totally recommendable my only negative is that we did not have time to stay longer.

  We had booked a stay in Camp Shawu via Siyabona Africa in Aug 2015. The booking experience was very pleasant and fast. They were transparent and had provided multiple options to make our trip memorable. The destination specialist Dominique was very helpful in answering multiple queries we had during the booking process. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely book via them in the future as well.

  Yolande did a fabulous job in planning our trip through Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. There was not one glitch with the plans and she was an exceptional communicator before and after the journey. The properties were fantastic and the itinerary exceptional! We did not have to worry about one thing while traveling as all transfers, guides, flights and plans were pre-determined. Thanks for a memorable and easy safari experience. I would highly recommend Yolande and Siyabona and hope to use them in the future for another trip!
