  Food is great. Behind the counter service is always terrible. Haven't had a single good experience at Rosmead . The lady is unfriendly and somehow always misses an item on our order and is unapologetic. Absolutely no manners.

  Love simply asia, only thing is a Monday they don't serve sushi, and this is not known till you show up on a day you really really needed sushi, and then you super unhappy because it's Monday and the day is already bad😀

  Love this place! Food ready in a flash. Sushi made fresh. Usually quiet & perfect for a quick bite/work lunch. They have a little kids area with tables, chairs & games. Toilets in house, parking on street or across the road at shopping centre. Love #505 with Chicken.

  Food was unexpectedly great! Full of flavour! Staff could be a bit more attentive, but otherwise decent experience.

  Food was nice and they gave extra veg when I asked for no rice which was a nice touch. Coffee was so bad though I couldn't take more than 3 sips.

  We love the Simple Asia franchises. Really great Thai flavours. Family favourites for takeaway and eat in - Tom Yum soup #201, Phad Thai #504, Roasted Chilli Paste #514, Large Rice Noodle #515, Linguine Basil #508. You choose Chicken or Beef. Thus far not a,single disappointing meal. Get your Simply Asia loyalty card. They do get really busy and sometimes it's a long wait for takeout so phone your order in first.

  I ordered by phone at 8:35pm on a Saturday (17 Sept) for collection. Order confirmed "will be ready in 30minutes". Get to the Rosmead store at 9:10pm. Firstly greeted by very unfriendly staff behind the counter. According to all the staff behind the counter "the order was not placed". The chefs at this time of the night were also all gone home so they couldn't prepare the meal. Really disappointed to not have a meal, as My wife and I were hungry and chose Simply Asia as our preference. We were terribly inconvenienced by not having a meal and having driven out to collect nothing. And most of all, the staff were not very apologetic, rather dodging blame as "no one took the call". I re-called the number I originally did from my mobile and the phone at the counter of the store rang - I did not imagine placing my order. NOT THE FIRST TIME WEVE HAD BAD SERVICE HERE AT THIS STORE!!!
