Food is average en service is quite slow. It's not a restaurant to go to if you are in a hurry.

One of the worst restaurant experiences. Asked the manager what they had on special he didn't even know what day(we just let it slide) it was and simply said no but doesn't mention what's on promotion.
Staff seem to be out of control, no order at all, one staff simply drinking cooldrink by the front desk.
The food came smelling of old used oil, especially the onion rings, which didn't look like onion ring but slices of onion that the "chef" just cut out.
Pork chops came VERY DRY, you could barely cut through it.
Bbq chicken wings seemed microwaved,and were still cold. I was even scared to have my ribs.
I even saw our waitor feeling it with her fingers from the kitchen,how do you know there are health and safety regulations used
I payed for my meal that I didn't even eat at all.
I've been to Spur in most parts of the country and outside the country,but never had bad food and service like this branch

The music is too loud when sitting outside. It detracts from the desire to make conversation with those around you. Food is good however.

Very stingy. We are very regular visitors to many branches, the worst branch till date. Juices watered down, both visits over the last week we did not finish our tasteless food/drinks.

Ons was gisteroggend ( sondag, 28 Junie ) by julle vir ontbyt. My broer en skoonsuster wou graag daar eet. Ons was nie by die deur gegroet nie. Ons moes on eie tafel kry. Tafel was vuil. 10 tot 15 minute gewag vir menus. Nog 10 minute gevat voor ons kon bestel. My skoonsus het vir die kelnerin / bestuurder genoem hoe sleg die diens was in vergelyking met Nelspruit se Spur waarheen hulle gewoonlik gaan. Die kelnerin / bestuurder het haar tong geklap vir haar en aanmerkings gemaak. Ons het uiteindelik koeldranke en ontbyt bestel. Verdere 10 minute nog niks koeldranke ontvand nie ( saam ons kinders was ons 8 mense ) Ons het opgestaan en uitgeloop . Ons het die dame agter die toonbank gese ons loop. Sy het aanmerkings gemaak. Dit is nie die eerste keer wat dit gebeur het nie. Ons bestellings is gereeld verkeerd en diens is agteruit vandag David nie meer daar is nie.
