  Absolutely horrible. Waited over half an hour for my breakfast. Once it arrives the eggs are ice cold. The cheese griller is cold and the only hot thing was my chips. As we were in a rush I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it especially since it took 30 minutes the first time around.
  
  I called the manager, Pricilla, and she was annoyed with me. Like I am bothering her with my sensless annoyance and tells me she will take the price of the eggs off. Which was a full R14.00.
  
  This was her only solution. No apologies and nothing else was said. We then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our bill.
  
  Incredibly disappointed and won't be returning.

  The worst experience at a Spur ever. Hair in their food, onion rings that looked 3 days old. Waited forever and then got excuse that they were busy. Maybe 8 tables at the time.

  Me and my boys had the most amazing day, friendly staff did a dance that left me with a big smile on my face. Playground for kidz with face painting.

  This was such a pleasant Spur. We only had waffles and a plate of chips and the service was delightful.
  My favorite thing about this particular Spur outlet is the amazing play area for for kids including the face painter was was lovely as well.
  I was really impressed with the play area and my girls shared the sentiment!

  Spacious with enough seating. Most of the staff are seasoned and have been with the group for a long time saying the waiters are good. Management is good and so is the food. Just very expensive. The group has pushed their prices to the extreme in the last two or three years.

  Typical Spur with good value for money and great service. The great part about Spur is you can walk in and can expect good quality food with great service and great prices. The silver Lynx Spur is well situated in the mall close to movies and in the centre of the mall
