  Firstly, trolleys are all over the tills. The manager there is very unfriendly. What irrigates me most is the fact that there are these guys who work inside the to help push the customers trolleys. But then in front of every entrance at this Shoprite, there are these filthy guys standing in front of the shop. These guys are harassing customers right there in front of the securities. The other day these filthy thugs where fighting over a woman's trolley, literary pulling it from one another, while the security was standing there doing nothing to help the poor woman. I thought that the securities where there to protect the customers. But no. The other thing makes me want to throw up, is the supervisors of that shop. They take all the the time to attend to problems at the tills. The cashier will ring the bell over and over. But they will take all the time they want. They just don't care. Shoprite should invest in young and enegetic supervisors.The rating of one star that I gave Shoprite, is for the low prices. Other than that, this shop is a good example of bad customer service.
