I had booked a two hr Spa treatment and it turned out to be 4 hrs with lengthy delays in between treatments. No one came in to inform me as to the reasons for the delays. I had to go and find out what the problem was. I was just told that Anneline was busy. I was upset and angry as I had allocated a set time to be out of there.
After the back massage I waited 20 min for a pedicure, and thereafter 45 min for the facial to be done. And at this point still no one came in to inform me of the delay. Eventually when facial was done the mask was applied and I was told the mask will be on for 20 min. But this was not so I had to wait like another half hr before it could be removed , but not before I almost walked out of the place with mask on.
Instead of being relaxed I came away feeling tense and more stressed.
I was disgusted at the unprofessional manner of that place. I will hesitate to recommend this Spa to anyone.
I would recommend they pay a little extra and go to a professional place with good service where you going to come out relaxed and not more stressed.
Nb: I would hate to think what would have happened if I booked a 4 hour session!!!ðŸ˜response / report this review
