The icon of Cape St Francis. A very nice precinct has been developed with Nevermind, the accomodation inside the lighthouse and the tours going up. A must do when visiting the area. Pick a windless day to go up the lighthouse, lots of steep narrow stairs so not for everyone, neither young children. Enjoy!

A day I will always cherish. Being at the most southeastern part of Africa, feeding my lungs a cool Indian Ocean breeze. I couldn't have asked for more. The vintage property erected in 1878 gives one a rich history about the the ocean and those who survived on it, a century and decades gone. I will visit once again but this time without a rush.
