ScorchBerserker (previously Scorch Design) specializes in stainless/aluminium free-flow performance exhaust systems. Recently we also added quadbikes and smaller cc bikes to our list of skills. When riders complain about their quiet, unsafe, standard pipes, we give them a nice deep-toned, safer free-flow exhaust system that can be fitted to almost any superbike, quad and off-road bike.

We manufacture exhausts, link pipes and generally any custom design that gives your bike a nice ring! See, we love sound and there is no better sound than a Berserker exhaust system on your bike!

Do you have an after-market canister that needs repair or attention? We rebuild, repair and repack old canisters that need attention, perforated tubing or fibre. From Yoshimura to Vance & Hince - no canister is alien to us! As our systems are 100% locally made at our workshop in Okavango Park, parts are easily available and repacking can be done while you wait, for those of you fortunate enough to live in the Western Cape. For the rest of you… it might take slightly longer.
