Spa was not up to standard. They don't make you feel special when receiving a half or full day package. Food was not nice. You tend to feel like Cattle being moved from one room to the other. They allow people to play on their cell phones while receiving treatments in a room full of people. Not enough toilets in the changing rooms. Overall we felt like we wasted our time and money. Very disappointing.

Stunning views. The rooms are lovely except for no wall plugs at desk. Plugs at entrance not working. Remote with flat batteries in it. When we went down to restaurant for a meal, there was no staff to be found. Water not draining properly in shower so you stand in a puddle of water. At least there was decaf coffee and we slept well. The champagne might have added to that but the bed and bedding was good. Gee wifi only in certain areas.
