  Food served is bad for your health. Service is always slow and unfriendly.
  
  Edit on 24 February 2018. Since late November my experience of the staff has improved. Well done for putting women of substance in management. Angelique and some of the staff members saved me with their kindness during an ordeal that shook my world. Thank you for your love and commitment to serve. Mel.
  
  I have suggestions regarding new menu items, for a niche product that will add a great deal of value to your bottom line. I will be in touch later this year if I have time before the elections.

  If you have enough money to spend on a piece of steak, then go for it. All Spur's have become to expensive to buy a piece of steak and chips!!!!!

  Horrible horrible service and food. People don't understand the impact that bad customer service has. Not only was the order wrong the waiter basically tried to make us the idiots by claiming that's how the "new Spur" is. A scene had to be made in order to receive what we were paying for and still the food remained below par. This place needs to be shut down.

  Very noisy, some of the waiting staff just don't give a damn and they can't cook a steak if their life's depends on it! I've written numerous complaints and reviews about their bad service.
