They advertised free wifi but where our room was the Wi-Fi did not cover it. They also said there was a hairdryer in the room yet it was not working the small fridge was not making cold, the taps in the bathroom was loose and almost broke a toe, shower very dark and small, toilet flush did not work properly and stuff was stolen from our room

The hotel provided a wide range of choices for breakfast but because I do not eat most of the food provided I ask for boiled eggs and I could not get them, so Day 1 no breakfast. Day 2 I do not bother going for breakfast. At tea break I ask for brown bread and I could not get it, so Day 3 I will not bother anyone. Enough about food, but I reported dirty water in the urn yesterday and nobody bothered changing it.
I cannot believe I had to go hunt for a Data Projector this morning, and had to wait and not start on time.
Nothing was done to the shower head I reported. The floors are dirty; on Day 1 I had to clean the toilet seat of some brownish yellowish "stains". It is still "stained" though. What an experience of utter disrespect of guests!response / report this review -

The service is TERRIBLE. Rude staff members, especially the women, have an attitude. The standard of the place is very low now, we’ve been coming here for the past 3 years for Christmas and when we came back this year, we were completely shocked, it’s filthy now, the part that burnt down is still covered with corrugated iron after 3 years, service is terrible, the food isn’t as good anymore, every part of the place is dirty. They just don’t make the effort anymore. We are certainly not coming back anymore. The place should actually be shut down for re-strategizing and re-open when they are ready to give us a proper service in every aspect. 3 star? More like 0 stars. I’d give zero stars if I could. We can’t wait to leave tomorrow.

Very nice and clean rooms. The swimming pools are big enough and WARM! Gosh, one can swim comfortably at night 🎉🎉🎉.

I arrived on Sunday night. Welcomed by Refilwe very nice young girl .. exciting as i was,hoping for a little gate way.. Little did I know when I arrived for dinning welcomed by Lesego zwane who was every nice to us Really good service I must say .. Food was terrible had a lot of Curry and the access card was always a struggle as we had to go to receipt for assistant and it happened the whole week. I had to stay here for the whole week with bad stuff hoping I would be assisted by Lesego as other stuff was unfriendly and had no sense of humour.. I was very disappointed and did not enjoy my stay.

The place was not clean . My bed was not properly made the whole week. The inner of the duvet was a mess. The food wasn't nice most of the time. Their keys were giving us problems we had to go to reception every day so that they are fixed . My first day I found a red lizard in my room and I had to wait for more than an hour for someone to come and remove it .
