STRONG by Zumba with Abi is a fantastic class. Abi is a wonderful instructor who motivates you and keeps you going.

Zumba with abi was amazing: it was good exercise, taught cool dance moves and most importantly it was fantastically fun.

Zumba is so good for you inside and out! You can see it through Abi's eyes...her soul is smiling:). It's really cool to do something as fun a s dancing and get a total workout at the same time!......Shimmy shimmy!
