  Time for a upgrade decor is old and venue not very clean. staff is not very helpful service could be better. The outside intercom is very unclear and staff and customers can hardly communicate. Luckily this not the only Steers in the area.

  I've been here a number of times and always got a friendly service when buying from inside, but the drive thru staff seem to be cut from a different cloth. Otherwise they have the best burgers and hand cut chips of all franchise franchises.
  
  - 2 stars because of the drive thru.
