Pathetic service. i bought a high pressure pump from them. The part was damaged and was worse than the part that we wanted to replace. Brought the part back to them, they took the part and are refusing to give me a refund or replace the part. They make their money by selling damaged parts to people and refusing to refund them. I went there to ask for my money and the owner started swearing at me. I asked him not to use that language in front of my toddlers and he swore at them aswell. They are crooks, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

It is a pity that Shystar owes such a small amount to debtors but refuses to pay. Even more disappointing is the managers attitude and refusal to take any calls or make any attempt to pay her debt. Sheriza constantly makes claims that money was paid when she has no proof or no payment was made at all. Very disappointing company to supply.
