On two seperate occasions, I phoned and requested the pinetown saps for a shop robbery. They didn't turn up.

The Police in the charge office are trying their best, there are lots of people coming to Pinetown.

Needed to renew a firearm license. Consulted with the firearm office on the 2nd floor (room 213) yesterday, very helpful. Was able to make an appointment for today at 10:00 and now already done. The whole process was very efficient. Also wasn't able to get through on the phone number on Google, I think you just have to go there. Phone 10111 or 112 for emergencies.

Incredibly poor service and a terrible facility. The police are rude and the facility is filthy.

Detective made hardly any effort. Case thrown out of court. She did not even contact me for any details. If she did I could have given it to her. Maybe when he hurts us will she make an effort.

Dirty police station. Cockroaches ran across duty desk last time I was there. Indifferent police officers.

Heaven help anyone with an emergency!! I've phones 3 times in a row and it rings forever and then rings off. Great service!!!! NOT!!!
