My son got hurt there , the childcarer needs serious training on how to look after kids. Spur is a child brand and they pay less attention to the kids.

Arrived and placed our order at 13h08 for 3 burgers. Food arrived close to 13h50. 1 burger was incorrect and was send back. The other people ate their burgers although it was cold. The correct burger came once everyone was almost done. Poor service.

Disappointed. My ribs and the accompanying vegetable arrived cold. The service was poor. By the time I could attract their attention my wife had nearly finished her meal. This Spur needs to catch a wake up.

Probably the worst Spur ive ever been to. Starting with the guy at the door brushing us off to help some other VIP customers. Food was ok but service could use some improvement. Just feel like another number.
