If you are looking for a resort that:
1) Doesn't have hot water
2) Chalets are so hot that you'd dehydrate if you stayed there for longer than 10 minutes
3) No way to get into the gate after hours
4) Waiting 20 minutes while the security has to get to the gate to open it for us.

Then this is the resort for you. Literally THE worst place I have stayed I'd give it negative stars if I could!

This resort need serious maintenance everything is falling apart it is dangerous even to walk on the deck the outside lights not working. Most off the advertised activities not available. No air con in rooms. Showers broken.
All lack off maintenance. 😡🙀
Not worth it to visit.

It is an amazing place. The employees go all out to make sure you have an awesome experience. They are both friendly and very supportive. The rooms are neat. The facilities offer great fun for both kids and adults. My 21st birthday gateway was made awesome by River river resort
