  I just received the worst customer service from your reservationist called Thabo!!! Shouting at a customer when is not the way to go. We as a company make regular bookings and to be treated in such a fashion is distasteful. The next person ( Micaela) I was put through too apologised for her colleagues behaviour but soon showed her lack of patients as I made a booking with her and also started raising her voice at me.

  Absolutely disgusting!! The shower was fested with worms, the towels were smelling so bad and the drain of the shower was smelling too!!
  
  I will never recommend this place to anyone, I checked out immediately when I discovered the worms

  Staff are well mannered and always ready to assist. At the reception desk the staff provides you wth all the necessary information, without you enquiring.
  The room is decent size and very relaxing and private.

  Not great at all. Room is musty. No kettle in room and the air-conditioning isn't working too well for Durban weather. I would not come back. Staff are friendly, but only because it would seem they have been subdued by constant complaints. A gentleman checked in shortly after I did. His room is still occupied so he seems stuck without accommodation 21:00 at night
