I am not happy with Rezmad when it comes to the transport service for large goods. I bought 10 Pallets of Maxi Bricks . I dont know would Rezmad would not provide transport for its customers especiually when it comes to transport service for large goods. These private transporters outside the premises have a poor service and very lazy too. They demand a lot of money and refuse to take orders from customers. I suggest that as a very successful hardware making enough profit as it is always packed daily it needs to provide a reliable transport service for a customer buying large building materials . These private drivers are not reliable enough and i think i will not buy the rest of the building material i need at Rezmad due to my dissatisfaction.

Well I must say the service at Rezmad is good and reasonable.I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed before..But the thing I don't like about Rezmad is the Delivery service..I bought Six Pallets of Maxi Bricks but it was not Delivered by Rezmad but by private driver's..I am not happy with that because as a hardware with a very successful business making it should be able to provide transport for any kind of product These private driver's outside Rezmad Build premises charge us a lot of money and do not handle the Material we buy there very well..They Throw the bricks roughly n ruin them..The Bricks break into half.and Cannot be used anymore I am not happy and I am very dissatisfied with Rezmad Build when it comes to delivery.

Outside crowded, people soliciting to help and organising transport, making it difficult to enter the yard to the shops. Inside it is organised, shelves wide, assisting uniformed personel almost on every aisle to help - very knowledgeable with products on shelf and if not available will try to get it. They will get if you want and prepare to get it later..

Your ladies who are doing quotations must focus and concentrate. The lady I gave a list of items did not do some of them. Close to four items that I had to go back and buy them again because they were not included. What a waist of time and money I spend to home and come back. Please correct that.
