I didn’t have the greatest customer service experience. I think the staff member wasn’t too interested in being at work and he was quite dismissive. The shop is neat and is pretty well stocked. Always find what I need when I go there.

Nice professional well presented Midas Shop! You are guaranteed to find the correct parts for your car the very first time. Friendly and helpful staff is the Key to their success!! Especially Ronnie one of their Sales staff, he is very good in paying attention to detail and pre-Order spares for me even though i stay very far from Benoni. Thumbs up fo the great service!!

Not a good experience I had salesman walked away and attended to his friend while I was busy explaining to him what I needed. His excuse was that he was called by his friend and I was of less importance - so rude
