Close to nature.. Ideal for mountain biking, hiking & bird watching. The inside braai is an added bonus in winter time. They offer breakfast, light meals and braaipacks Great value for money.

A retreat into peace and quiet. The chalets are in the style of farm houses. They have WiFi, though spotty cellular reception. Each room has a heater and air-conditioning, with a fireplace in the lounge. Stunning setting. Pet friendly.

We didn't know exactly what to expect when we made the booking through Kulula (Vitality Discount). The description and pictures seemed promising. Our expectations were exceeded and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

The cottage was superbly equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It truly felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, which was exactly what we wanted. The lack of cellphone reception was appreciated and added to the experience.

(Oom) Hermanus and (tannie) Petro are great examples of Klein Karoo hospitality, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend Redstone Hills, especially if you want some peace and quiet, while still being in range of the great attractions the surrounding areas have to offer.
