A 'must go' lookout when visiting Shingwedzi. Contrasting colours early morning and late afternoon is a photographer's dream
View over the Shingwedzi River and the "red rock" Karoo Sandstone formation. Potholes in the rock trap fish in the dry season. This is also a place for historical gold panning. Pity the view of the rocks is relatively far from the viewpoint, but animals come to drink in the rock pools.
A special area with good historic matarial and we were blessed with beautiful birds and animals.
This site offered a quick glimpse into the gold fever era in Kruger. There were numerous bids, giraffes and Cape Buffalo to be seen. A great spot for a quick picnic lunch.
A leopard on the rocks!
Beautiful view point!
Not as impressive as expected. Still worth a stop.
Good to stretch our legs. No infrastructure though. Interesting rock formations.
