I did not really like the place (Rhino Cash and Carry Edendale Crossing) because I felt that it was not as clean as can be. The store looks a bit neglected and not well maintained. However, the service is good and it's quite reasonably busy. Maybe it's how most Rhino Cash and Carry stores look like but I wouldn't know since it was my first time there and I'm not used to shopping with them.

I had to wait for 30 minutes at the kiosk but they only said 15 minutes without them opening but the cashier is there

The staff at the deli is very rude. I experience bad service every time I go there. It's like you're bothering them. They look at you with a stiff face and throw your change on the counter. No curtusey at all. Too pround and have don't care attitude.
