Extremely unique, the only game reserve with a river flowing by your very upscale hut. U can exit your shower and there's another shower outside, facing the river but " enclosed " from the "public" side, so u can shower " outside ", facing the river. Huts are very isolated. The whole place is elevated, on "stilts" , to keep the whole place 4-5 feet above ground, away from snakes apparently. You would see antelope and troops of baboons come up. Not uncommon for the baboons to scale the rooftops of the huts . The reserve borders Zimbabwe and Mozambique, so u can go to a point overlooking the river and see the " other 2 countries " . Guides are very knowledgeable; just when ure about to Google something, not that there's any service when u're on a safari, (but it's an auto reaction ); the guide will tell u everything and show u all the downloaded data on their cellphone. "SUNDOWNS" were esply enjoyable with snacks such as biltong ( the term beef jerky does not do it justice, like calling steak hamburger ) and of course drinks, as the sun was setting, out in the bushes. I could go on and on, u just have to go there and experience it yourself. GIMD.

One of my best safaris yet.

I love going on Safari and Pafuri really delivered. I was a bit put off by their extremely low price when compared to others, but I was quickly put at ease when I arrived.

The food was brilliant and my "tent" was stunning. I use the "tent" in quotation marks because calling that room a tent is like calling Buckingham palace a house. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great view of the Levuvu river from my deck.

The area was so diverse and I loved all the places the guide took us. If you are looking for some stunning photos, seriously, this place you can't beat.

If it's good enough for one of South Africa largest company's CEO to have the whole camp rented for a bridal party, it certainly was for us. They flew in the day we left.
