Useless company - AVOID AT ALL COST!!! DO NOT USE FOR TIMESHARE SWAPS!!! Worst experience ever. Spent 35min trying to get assistance to bank an existing timeshare. Inefficient, rude, untrained staff who transfer you from call center to call center. Still waiting for emails and feedback from a manager. Do yourself a favor- find another organization to bank your timeshare with. Anyone but RCI. I now declare - you are done

RCI is a travel broker dealing with timeshare, their offices are clean, parking is safe with visibility of security and their toilets & environment is clean, building based at THE CORE.

I have received only the best service from RCI, since becoming a member in the 1980's. The consultants are always polite and helpful, they follow up with me when necessary. Excellent service all round. People should understand that RCI doesn't SELL timeshare, they administer it.

They are quick to sell you timeshare, but slow to follow up. There is no personal contact or agent, no email address that works. Its very difficult to get overseas timeshare.
