  Quite disheartened.
  Taps leaking, shower head damaged.
  Shower towels could use a better wash with strong soap and drying in sunlight.
  Rose bushes overgrowing pathways.
  Noisy ceiling fan had two of five blades on backwards.
  Fountain ponds full of algae growth.

  Very nice layout and lots of potential.
  Breakfast was hearty and welcome.
