What a wonderful location! The staff at the Protea are of the best you will find at any hotel globally. There is nothing that is too difficult for them and they go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. The food is superb and the ambience is great; sitting in a boma with multiple fires burning. I had the unfortunate experience of having picked up a puncture on arrival. It was no issue for the staff to assist in changing and repairing the tyre on the premises. What service! So refreshing to see. Thank you to all!

Stayed here in sept 16 and it was fantastic. Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms. Great food served next to the fire pit put in the open African air which is so beautiful and of course the observation deck to view the many sunrises/sunsets with the gorgeous wildlife roaming around you. What more can you ask for!
