The mall is very quiet and not packed. Peefect for doing shopping . If they could add a few more stores like Woolworth's.

I don't understand why the games Carnival is always at that mall. I do hope the machines have been tested, that carnival blocks parking, this causes major delays in the mall, chaos. Why is that carnival at that mall I've never seen such happening in other malls. Why at Protea Mall?Those people stay there for a very long time and I'm not sure why the Mall management allows such inconvenience.

Great mall, safe parking and good food outlets. Some stores though lack proper customer service. Most stores have employees that are full of attitude and don't pay attention to customer detailed needs

It's a mall in Kasi, to buy necessities, almost like a huge, pretty and high maintenance spaza. I like it and it's very convenient for the community and people passing by the area. Not much entertainment though
