Suzuki service center at the multifranchise Produkta motors has always offered exceptional service. The multifranchise includes Suzuki, Nissan and Honda New car sales, service centres, as well as pre-owned vehicle sales. During a vehicle service a transport service is offered around Nelspruit/Mbombela. Lounge area and refreshments are offered whilst waiting.

Friendly and helpful. However would have helped if they check a vehicle before selling it. Had to take it back. But they paid for it. So not complaining.

Staff not as friendly as at other service stations. Also the first time I have not had phone call from customer service asking me to rate the serve we received. I also did not receive all documents regarding the services I paid for. (Makes me wonder if it was done)
