The food is divine and the price is reasonable.
The best pizza experience I've ever had. Food was amazing, service was super and atmosphere vibrant. The floor manager and kitchen manager are an excellent team.
Highly disappointing. Looks good from the outside. We waited too long for the hostess to welcome us, the floors were slippery and dirty.. When we got to sit down we waited but there was no one to help us, even after I got up to go to the outside toilet and returned 5mins later we were still not assisted . There seemed to be a lot of confusion in that place . We then left and drove to Primi in Waterfront which is a completely different experience altogether. I suggest avoiding Canal Walk and going to the Waterfront instead.
I am so disappointed at being sold rotten takeaway wings at the canal walk primi. To make matters worst, the manager was not apologetic at all, but rather defended herself and staff. Do yourself a huge favor, don't even consider this place for a restaurant, to avoid food poisoning.
Our waiter, Dylan, was horrible. He hardly checked up on us, and when we asked for a take away when we were done, he came with boxes to the table for us to do it ourselves. I could not believe it! I ordered more drinks, they took forever, so I cancelled, paid and left. I must say the pasta was disappointing. Incredibly dry and cold. I'm a fan of primi, 1st time at the canal walk one. I can safely say it was my last. Awful awful experience

Food wasnt bad - but also not as good as it once was.
Orders were messed up, key ingredients weren't in stock, coffee wasn't hot... I wont be recommending this Primi again any time soon.

Really disappointed with the service. Firstly it took us about 10 minutes for a waitress to seat us. My husband and I then waited almost an hour for our food to arrive, within this waiting period we didn't even recieve complimentary bread, yet other foreign guests who came in after us (a family of 6) recieved their compliments within a few minutes.
We constantly kept signalling to our waitress to give us an update on our order, but she ignored coming to our table. When my husband went to check, it turned out that our food had not been prepared yet. With almost an hour wasted, we decided to cancel the order completely and leave. As we were on our way out the Manager approached us and apologised. Well too little to late! The service team really need to up their game. The staff in the kitchen looked very lost and unable to cope with incoming orders.
Primi this branch isn't up to standard PLEASE do your checks and INTERVIEW the right people for the job!!!
Service was supper quick and my chicken livers were very good.
If you order anything besides pizza and pasta you WILL be disappointed. Not happy with the service or quality of food. If you can't executive a simple dish, dont have it on the menu.

This place has such good gourmet burgers and there pastas are really good as well. I really like this place, it is cosy, classy and have a soul food feel at the same time. The staff are always super friendly. Big thumbs up to you guys.
