The food and drinks are amazing. Premi lost one star because of no noise dampening and thus causing a noisy environment.

Waitresses are friendly and accomodated me for my "non breakfast item" at 09.00 am. Service a tad bit slow though..

Very slow service. When we arrived we were told by one of the waiters that they have closed for the day until when one of the bar man said no they will be closed in an 1 45min as we wanted to have a quick bite we sat. Our food was brought individually we had to wait for all three plates as there was a 10 minute waiting .this made us eat our food called the waiter blamed the chef .I was very disappointed as we choose primmi as it's a family restuarant considering the fact that in Cape Town service is top .if you go to the waterfront or campsbay you don't feel the difference.

Great view, great pasta and cool drinks. Primi is our favourite Italian restaurant.

Firstly, I have to point out that I find the value-for-money at the Primi chains absolutely dismal. Nonetheless, I joined some work colleagues for dinner at Primi in Port Elizabeth and ordered a pasta dish twenty minutes later the waiter came back to inform me that they didn't have the noodles that I had asked for but that the sauce had been prepared so would I accept a substitute. I was appalled at the lacklustre service; surely it doesn't take someone twenty minutes to advise a customer that they are out of stock of an item? Especially something as significant as the penne pasta that they serve as an option with their pasta dishes. This is a management fail (for not informing the staff) and a service fail (for not informing the customer soon enough). To be expected to still keep the sauce on a pasta that I don't want is terrible. Rather being offered a timely option to maybe select another meal would have been far better.
