Hard pass from me.
Recently applied for a rental property in umhlanga processed all documents timeously to the agency as well as the FULL payment for the 1st month rent, 1 advance month's rent and deposit for utilities as well as the admin fee ALL 1 WEEK in advance. BTW no one is staying in the apartment.
I was told in the same week that the repairs ( basically repainting 60m2 + a few screws) will be done and i would be able to at least move the bulk of my furniture 2 days prior the 1st of March. Also made aware that i will need confirmation on this as I'm starting work on the 1st and need to pay moversnot on the Friday and Today (Monday- 3 days before the 1st). Many people can not take so many days off, have jobs with long hours and jobs with weekend/overtime calls. Tried calling Michelle Moodley on office and cellular phone with no answer. Left a voicemail and 2 emails. FINALLY get an email at 16h02 when most work stations are closed.
VERY CONSIDERATE once paid and not even the decency to call back with an explanation.

I have many properties in the Umhlanga area and have dealt with a number of Agents in the past, I can say for certain Natalie Raman Is the most professional Letting agent I have come across. Not only does she ensure that she gets you a tenant but also finds the right fit for you. She is a definite contact to keep when you need to let out your place and will surely be doing recurring business with. Thank you Natalie, you a star.

Firstly I would to express my gratitude to Michelle Rosemary Riley whose an Agent at Prime Property for all her help, my family and I have had such trouble with finding suitable properties with the amount of time given as you all know it's a tedious task. Her utmost dedication and willingness to even go the extra mile was admirable and now we are comfortable in our new home and I couldn't be happier. I can't even evoke more feeling as to how amazing the service given was, I'd highly recommend Prime Property!
