  I was served by Nicole from Postnet Westwood, having given her clear instruction three times on scanning and printing documents, she made numerous mistakes, colour copies she cut the end off each page, I had to ask her to re-do, I gave her specific names of documents to print off usb, today I discover she colour printed the incorrect documents.
  She had no attention to detail, which only leads me to understand she is not trained sufficiently.
  
  I have called the store today and spoken to Precious the Manager , hope future work will be improved.
  
  We do not have time in this world to correct mistakes.
