My family have been dealing with postnet Margate for many years. We’ve always been treated with a lot of respect. All the staff members are really friendly and helpfull. We’ve never had any problem deliveries what so ever. Must say we really recommend their services! 150% excellence for MARGATE POSTNET.

Sometimes good service sometimes not. The last time they had my parcel there for more than 8 days, they did not contract me that our was there. When I learned that there was a parcel waiting for my, they could not find out. Eventually they found it, and wrote it in the book.

The worst Postnet in the world. Absolutely rude people working there. According to them, they must open every packet and parcel to inspect, because of "illegal stuff". I am a senior citizen, do I look like somebody that will send drugs or something illegal??????????????????? Theyy will never ever see me again!!!!

Witnessed the worst customer service yesterday at postnet in the hibiscus mall..
Every employee except Erica, had such an abrupt and ruder manner of dealing with the customers.
they used fowl language and neglicted to give a small little African boy the assistance he required..

I am neither African or white.. and the level of racism that we witnessed was if anything absolutely shocking.

You're client's are the reason you have your business. You are obligated to give them the necessary respect and assistance they deserve.

From my experience yesterday i will not be returning to postnet in the hibiscus mall.

Absolutely disgusted.
