Ridiculous service. Been told by Harmony Post Office who has been off line for nearly 2 weeks and can’t work to ask at Virginia Post Office Regarding my Post Box that for some strange reason has been closed therefore we are not receiving our mail. Only to be told that they can’t help! And I have to ask at Harmony. Their right hand doesn’t know what their left is doing . No wonder the Post Office is in such trouble . Now what? Paid for the box was getting mail and now it’s closed . No notification no indication of where our mail is ???????????
