Very wonderful. With beautiful hall and rooms
Good overnight accommodation in Thohayandou. Offers meals at request.
Decent enough accommodation with friendly staff
The receptionist and chef were not friendly.
The food took hours to be served.
The receptionist was rude and impatient.
I asked for an iron instead of her getting it for me she wanted me to fetch it myself.
I had no hot water in my room.
Many shops to do all you shopping
Awful sleeping accommodation at the back of the hotel by servants quarters. Bathroom door about 2inches opening from floor. Tiling around outlet of shower floor and corners of shower not finished so all kinds of yuk gets stucked there. Shower over all not clean¡ Tiles around bath cracked. No hand towels. No remote for aircon available. When one was requested, a remote for TV was given¡¿
The room was awful - broken light fittings, missing globes, no hangers in the cupboards. The place was FILTHY - I pickup up a cup - it stuck together with the one below, and when it dropped and hit the tray, COCKROACHES came scuttling out from under the tray!! The toilet seat was broken, and there was an accumulation of hair in the plughole of the basin. The entire room was sticky from nicotine from the many who had smoked there before. I slept fully clothed from head to toe. Really, really disgusting. At least make an effort to clean the place. There was tea and coffee but no milk. There were dead insects all over the room. I could go on and on - but avoid this place like the plague. Horrible.
