TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE ELDERLY COUPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER. NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR RATING. RATHER GO TO MEROPA JUST A FEW KILOMETERS AWAY.
MUCH BETTER WITH MUCH MORE ACTIVITIES.

It's a nice place to take the family for a day outing there's a lot to see and they have quit a lot of difrent types of birds as well as quit a few difrent types of snake too.

Amazing birds and reptiles, we were so lucky to see a sheep give birth to her newborn. We always take some fruit and veg to give to the animals, they love it!

It's okay. Kids enjoy the swimming there. The have horse riding for kids but it would be pretty lame for adults. Really good for pictures. There is an entrance fee.

Place not properly maintained and animals marked wrongfully. Some cages too small for the type of animals that are in them.

Some of the bird cages are overcrowded and not kept clean. The smell of bird poo is overwhelming.

Never buy fish from here. All the fish I had for years died due to parasites in tanks of the new fish purchased from Zanna. Wouldn't recommend buying pets from here.

Must admit the place is cleaner than the last time i visited. Though it still need maintenance. They Must put friendly people at the horse ride.
