  Bad quality meat. Bought a lamb pack worth R 130 @ R135/kg. It looked fresh when it was bought, but had a strange smell to it once it was opened, had to discard the entire pack. Very disappointed.ps: adding a packet of six gun grill does not help solve the problem..Very disappointed..

  Staff need a little bit of people skills training, not friendly. Shop is always full and long queues.

  convenient location wise too little cashiers securities and cleaners must help you in the isle never have cash at tills last i wait more than 15 minutes for someone to fetch cash at office.

  It is very convenient to shop here as far as location and shopping hours is concerned. The only frustrating thing is the few cashiers when the queues are long and the exit and entrance to the parking when the queues of cars at the robots are long.

  I'm a regular shopper at your lotus river store, I stay in schaapkraal so I'm like 3 min away from the store and I shop here practically everyday since this store opened. Congrats on the new spacious look, however, it is terribly frustrating, though it's more spacious it's extremely difficult to get to the products in the isles. Because the new design shopper queuing to pay now occupy the isles cause of the new outlay.
  But damn, what's more frustrating is the lack of goods in your store. 😬😬😬
