Bought a pack of cheese yesterday to use yesterday evening opened it to find all the cheese had green and black mould. The expiry date wasn't until 2 weeks time. Now have to go pack today to swap it for another one not happy at all

For all the new, smart alterations and extra space, I'm not impressed as there seems to be less of a selection /variety on the shelves. Tuesday 16/01-there were less than a dozen tins of cat food on the shelves (all brands). Wednesday 17/01 no frozen cocktail beef sausage rolls in the fridge at all. This is not the only time I've been unable to find a specific product

I have been shopping at PICK N Pay QUEENSBURGH since inception.After the extension , refurbishment and set ùpwell laid out separate sections for Beauty and Health and clothing , from leftfresh produce , bakery, fresh meals and meat counters and cheese, coldness, milk and juice fridges to all the merchandise in well labelled and stocked isles.Those were the PROS.The cons :
1.Either incorrect pricingnon adjustment on the computers when there are price changes or specials
2.Till point Supervisor TAKES for ever to void or handle price queries.There should be more till point Supervisors.
CUSTOMERS WAITING BEHIND WHEN THERE IS A VOID OR QUERY START BUILDING UP.
3.I HAVE EXPERIENCED EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT IN THE PAST.
4.Presently the managers are perched on their elevated booth ( Males) really leave much to be desired in respect of their differentiated tasks.A complaint to them TAKES like 10vminutes plus and SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND QUICK SOLUTIONS RATHER THAN EXCUSES.
5.ON PENSION PAYOUT DAYS.NON-PENSIONERS ARE ALLOWED TO PAY FOR GOODS MARKED PENSIONERS ONLY.
PENSION PAYOUTS SHOULD BE SOLELY FOR PENSION PAY OUTS AND NOT FILLING UP TROLLEYS AND COLLECTING PENSIONS WHICH IS PROBLEMATIC.
IT SLOWS DOWN THE QUEUE FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO COLLECT THEIR PENSIONS .
6.THE MANANAGEMENT SAY THAT THEY CANNOT STOP NON-PESIONETS FROM USING THE TILLS MARKED "PENSIONERS ONLY"
7.THOUGH THE THERE ARE REALLY GOOD SPECIALS FOR SMART CARD USERS AND GOOD SAVINGS WHY IS THERE SO MANY SHORTCOMING IN MERCHANDISING I.R.O. OF PRICING OR A LACK OF IT.

Very fresh smelling place. It is as cool as meeting the lovely lady of your dreams. The floral environment through packing keeps enticing every time. You always wish to be there every time. Mmmmhhh I love that.

Nothing special. Simply another shopping expedition. Hate the high shelves as do several of my lady friends. If what I want is unreachable I shop for those items at Spar or Checkers. Would be easier to find items if isle contents notices were hung from ceiling as other stores do. Prices high.

Not enough variety at the fruit section, never enough fresh chicken on Sundays, if you're second in the queue at the till point and place your items on the conveyor, the conveyor pulls your items in with those of the person in front of the queue, causing confusion and annoyance.

after visiting and purchasing from this store for 30 years and still not being able to purchase good quality produce I am now tired of this and will never buy from this store again.will travel the extra milage and rather but from the Kloof and Hillcrest store..

The new upgrade has brought about a great deal of variety to this outlet with a cosmetics and clothing department now included. The layout is now also user friendly and it is much easier to find items. The outlet has also been generally updated providing a new atmosphere for shopping.
