Convenient location if you stay close to West Acres.
Store is often understaffed. Barely enough cashiers to carry the load of clients. Not recommended to shop here during busy hours or at the end of the month.
Compared to the other Pick n Pay’s in Potch, this one has a much smaller selection of goods and produce.

Great store - been shopping here since 2004. The store staff is friendly and the management team is always willing to help. There are some products that I need to refund now and again and I never had problems with that. The range of products is not massive, but for the scale of the shop it is great. Come and visit the place for a fine experience!

They don't always have the fresh produce, frequently out of stock. There use to be a trolley with some close to expiring food at discounted prices, which is nice for students.

I called the store from Johannesburg because I needed assistance urgently. I was immediately referred to Francois who listened tentatively to my request and said he and his team were able to assist me. He passed me onto Bongani who was extremely efficient and courteous! They went the extra mile to ensure that as a customer I had sight of what I was requesting and called me to confirm variations so that I could choose exactly what I needed. My transaction was done very shortly after my call and I am a very satisfied customer. I love shopping here. It isn't as digested as some other shopping centres, the aisles aren't crowded. The staff are friendly and they want to assist you. Even the car guards add to a better shopping experience.
