I love shopping at the store but trying to get hold of them via telephone is almost as bad as trying to get someone to pick up the phone at Home Affairs. Pathetic!!!!

This is my local Pick n Pay store but I don't enjoy shopping there. The queues are always too long with too few cashiers on duty.

Very convenient and safe. Lots of parking, toilets and lots of shops, including restaurants. We just need a prayer room then I'll shop there more often

It's convenient but the cashers need a bit more training.

Terrible store! More often then note there is no price on the shelf for arb products, have had to sort through mouldy cheese to find decent cheese, some staff are friendly some think they doing you a favour, departments left unattended and you have to wait an age for assistance - even calling the information desk from your cell doesn't speed any form of service. Too many staff wondering the shops chit chatting instead of doing their work. So many check out points, very few being operated which means no matter what you prepare yourself for a long wait to check out

Just over 30 years old, this was one of the first mall's on the Cape Flats and one of the first having a "Hypermarket." Over the years many revamps have taken place making it a safer environment to shop at.

With a variety of stores from clothing, to spice to opticians to eateries, it remains a favourite for many. The food court was also revamped and host a Spur, Nando's and other excellent food establishment's.

Open until 7pm weekdays and also trading on Saturday and Sunday's, the mall is lively and has ample parking.

You can never find basket trolleys, the check out line is long and moves slowly. In general the whole store seems dirty and unkept.

Good variety for shopping but be prepared to stand in a line if shopping at Pick N Pay. Good selection of Halaal eateries for both sit down and take-away, a bit over priced though
