  They are slow. On sundae . And they dont call if complain aboit slow services. And reciving. Tel you cant complain. They are coustermer. Wen do delivery. They think you mast wait for 4 to 6 houers for them. It why dont buy there any more. Also sam problem. Barcode not on the products you buy. Then they wanted you to wait. That not my problem. That there is no bar code

  Found this hair product in store and it didn't want to scan. Waited several minutes to be told that the product is not on the system, they don't know how it got on the shelves! So I say, "Cool, can I take it? Seeing that it doesn't exist and is therefore not yours." The supervisor was so rude, walked away to return and tell us (angry as can be) that it's R89. Obviously this price was made up and on the slip it says "edible product". So your gal (me) paid that R89 cause I was saving myself from being slapped (by the supervisor) on a Thursday afternoon! And also, I wasn't in the business of trying to score a free product!
  The cashier (surname Majoro; till #6) was so helpful, speaking up for us, while the supervisor was mad for doing her job (helping the customer!). The supervisor typed in that R89 with the biggest nonsense attitude and walked away without even saying sorry for the long wait or thank you for your patience or bye; just walked away from us like we're a brick wall. Majoro (the cashier) did the apologising, embarrassed by her supervisors behaviour.
  So disappointed! And it's not the first time a supervisor has been unhelpful in this store!

  This Center has been one of our favourites since new. When you however want French Bread from the Bakery for your Christmas Table, how do you convince the servant that you need one of the fresh ones behind her and NOT one of broken ones on the table next to the Delhi? Mission impossible!

  No problem with P&Palways good. But oh boy..that WIMPY.one of the worst experiences of my 2017. Wish there was a nice little coffeshop to finish off a nice shopping spree😓

  As usualno small trolleys available!! I have complained to management about this before. I only want to buy 8 items but must schlep a huge trolley around in month end "traffic".
  500ml Coke in fridge in colddrink isle warm!
  Asked an employee where to find hamburger patties. He goes to fridge and then tells me sorry all sold out. When I find the right fridgeguess what?lots of patties available.

  The staff there can just watch you while you are looking for an item. They wont even ask if you might be needing help.
  At the tills cashiers can just chatt their personal things with the packer while the customer is there.
  
  Either than that,my experience with products, the store and friendliness of staff is wonderful. They have the most fresh fruit and vegetables.

  Large supermarket with all necessities. Also clothing and electronics section. The centre also has other shops which is a nice value-add, eg. Cash Crudaders and Montagu nuts and snacks store
